I think that most men would be ok with dating a foid with a subpar face but a +8 body whereas the opposite would never work in general.

So women have two things in their advantages against their subhumanity, fakeup that will help them to gain between 0,5 to 3 points and gaining/losing weight depending the instances in order to get a great physique.
