What causes homosexuality (in men)?
Essentially, homosexuality is essentially caused by doing gay shit at a young age. Usually by "Hey dude, wanna jerk each other off and pretend we're girls", peer pressure or rape. Also it might be socially normal or simply frowned upon or viewed as degenerate or 'poor people behavior' in some places.
You see, every guy receives some type of sexual satisfaction from ejaculating. It is simply stupid to deny that your brain will make some type of connection that associates man and ejaculation.
Keep in mind a man's ability to ejaculate with another dude around is completely dependent on how comfortable he is with the idea, and the person. Because everyone's brain and life is unique.
