Diet 1: 2107 calories

inb4 "low bioavailability", lol, bioavailbility doesnt matter. if you are low on nutrients, your body will increase absorption of said nutrient

after multivitamin, protein powder, soy milk:

JIx4sQB.png

Nutrition theory is all about filling in these missing nootrients^ + plus whatever macronutrients you want

inb4 not bioavailable

-Literally a myth. Bioavailability is coping that nutrients dont absorb when your nutrient storages are full. YES LOL, why would they need to absorb if you already have enough of that nutrient?

inb4 studies show multivitamins dont do anything

-Studies cant ethically study the long term benefits/effects of multivitamins on nutrient deficient people. Its true that extra nutrients dont really matter. why? because nutrients are mostly placebo, people can only becomenutrient deficient when they eat like zero trace amounts.

Nutrition believers are the dumbest people ever

can easily construct a "high protein diet" by adding random animal products/soy products and protein powders. You have been duped by nutrition believers

@incel194012940 nutrition guide, nutrition believers in shambles. (brutal fact) nutrition is a sham and is a joke how easily you can obtain "all the nutrients" at a high nutrient density.

Eat whatever you want, nutrition/diet theory doesnt exist

No thanks but this diet is a little weird. Where's the red meat? Poultry? I think paleo diet is fine. Meat + veggies + fruit. Nutrients matter but for example i don't eat some of the things you mentioned so each person has to make their own diet and max out nutrients. What app did you use? Bioavailability does matter, certain minerals etc are not produced by the body but we need them. Turmeric has anti-inflammatory effect and if you take it alongside black pepper it increases absorption more than tenfold.

Not a fan of the high carb high fat diet. Protein should be more like 115-125 depending on lean mass.

Nop your body breaks down all foods the same, health foods dont really exist. crono meter

Red meat is toxic, expensive, and not really nutrient dense

Vegetarian cope. Red meat is essential.

It seems you're vegan, you should try tyrone's cum for the B12, A, and K you can't get.

Good for you that you abstain from meat, not everyone should have high testosterone

lucky charms, multivitamin, soymilk are much more nutrient dense. really, its hard to think of a shittier food than red meat. Health foods only exist in theory for satiation reasons and being comparably better than most animal products

Keep coping with your psychoactive aminos acids which youre mentally dependent on. You can safely transition to synthetic made vegan amino acids and slowly tamper off your addiction

Multivitamin doesn't have the many vitamins in high enough amounts to make any real difference. Vegetarians have to take a bunch of supplements because they aren't getting the necessary nutrients due to lack of meat etc.

Not hindu but hindus do have the best diet in the world, by far.

Hindus are part of the elite four cuisines: italian, mexican, indian, thai.
and, for the health part, indian food follows fits within all country nutritional guidelines. They naturally deduced the correct diet before science was invented, amazing!

Best diet? Is that why they're a nation of skinny-fat weak manlets? Vegan cope is getting old.

Hindus have it right: "every doctor in the world is telling you, red meat is the source of every goddam disease you have"

"can you eat your mother?" well since you do indeed drink milk from your mother, eating the milk source is probably hardwired as cannibalism in your brain. logically follows

"because we drunk the milk of this cow, if we tomorrow want to eat the cow, that is considered cannibalism"

hindus have a gdp per capita of like 2000, lol. How tiny were europeans when they were still developing? For height, all that matters is protein intake (most expensive macro nootrient). If hindus were wealthier they would drink more holy milk and grow to like 6ft. (I am only speaking in facts tbh ) https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_countries_by_milk_consumption_per_capita

1stly im not even hindu/indian, keep crying for hindus tho.

2econdly, of course there is a general "correct diet", outlined in nutritional/food guides put out by nutritional orgs. https://food-guide.canada.ca/en/ Hindu diets are the most form fitting cultural diet

Agreed bro, in some cases testosterone is dangerous, so it's better to have a low amount + elevated estradiol levels to compensate

lol making up random BS about made up hormone levels. phytoestrogens cause testosterone to increase as a biological hormonal equilibrium response, lol at your brain for not realizing this. Vegans are leaner aka not obese aka not low testosterone. Almost every meat eating adult becomes obese

inb4 vegans are "too lean" and that causes low testosterone. Notice how I added canola oil as a marco nutrient in the OP picture? Vegans can have full control their weight through additions or subtractions of canola oil intake

I did not say that. I have a multivitamin at home and the amounts of most of the vitamins is too low to do anything.

Are you implying that meat causes body fat increase? Mind you sharing me in which way does this occur?

In a general way, your body will signal you the food your body needs by its taste and smell. That's why you don't eat the same food as a cow, the human body evolved differently and it doesn't signal you to eat it, the opposite. Meanwhile the cow's body will signal the cow to eat grass, making it tasteful and enjoyable, in order to survive

This mechanism is partially flawed sometimes, for example, your body may find cookies tasteful for its sugar content (just like fruits), even though consuming it may have more consequences than benefits due to other ingredients. But I don't have constance that this happens with meat.

Or it could go the other way, your body not finding tasty a food which may be benefitial for you.

Furthermore your logic is flawed imo, if thinking from a deep perspective, anything we do that doesn't cause suffering is an addiction then (?), because we will always act seeking comfort and well-being since the brain will signal us to do actions which by the body seem to maximize the probability of surviving, by making them enjoyable.

Nevermind, you don't have to reply me, I'm not interested in continuing

Not even true lol eating a bunch of cookies will make your stomach hurt and you wont do it again. Same with candy, try eating a bag of candy and see what happens. with meat, pretty sure you just feel full.

My nutritional intuition logic is basically perfect idk why I have to walk everyone through obvious questions like 'why meat makes people fat': because it tastes good and doesnt make you feel bad after eating large amounts. Yes its that simple, im actually ok with answering more questions tbh

*FUHRERMORE* other foods I can think of have obvious problems when you eat large amounts, like starches making you feel really sleepy

Not in my case, in my teens I ate ~800 cals of Oreos/cookies at once everyday and never felt my stomach hurting. Maybe depends on what cookies and the state of individual's digestive system

"nutritional intuition logic" lol

it's not an obvious question, and even if it was, your answer doesn't prove anything

-So any food makes you fat if eaten in the right amount if it does not make you feel bad afterwards. How is this an argument against eating meat???

- I asked you for the specific mechanisms which turn the meat into body fat easier than other foods, and you didn't answer it.

-In order to gain fat just by eating meat, with a thyroid, hormones, and digestive system considered normal, you'll have to eat at least 2 kg of meat. If you're not hungry all the time, good luck eating that amount.

- The lack of any sugar and protein content in meat will make you "fuller" rapidly, making it more difficult to eat the previously mentioned quantity.

-This whole argument is bullshit, most "meat eaters" eat low amounts of actual meat, their diet consists mostly of processed food. And you blame meat? ???
*FUHRERMORE* other foods I can think of have obvious problems when you eat large amounts, like starches making you feel really sleepy
Again, not for me, you may need to check your hormones/thyroid/gut.

i can eat only a little candy before my stomach starts hurting and i get sick of the sweet taste lol. i thought i am just not a "candy person" and prefer more "real" food

i know some people that eat tons of candy/sweet stuff, how do they do it

I explained the mechanism of meat tasting good, being cooked in caloric dense butter, and not causing any immediate negative effects after eating large quantities.

Satiation decreases when consuming a diverse array of foods. meat is a different tasting food, there 4 if you include meat in your diet, you will consume more calories.
