I want bigger masseters. Hopefully clenching will significantly change my bone structure too after a long time.

Make sure you grow 2 tennis balls at each side of your face to become a mogger

Make sure you grow 2 tennis balls at each side of your face to become a mogger
I’ve been doing it for like 20-30 minutes in the morning and sometimes before bed but I have barely got any results.

Just chew. This is like squeezing your biceps instead of doing curls. Can’t be good for your teeth and joints either.

The attachment point reaches to the bottom of my gonion
i mean like tense them then see if the most outward part of it is around ur gonion or like between ur cheekbone n jaw

I for some reason hate spending money so I don’t want to buy more mastic. I don’t really want to chew on anything else. I occasionally to pulsating clenching.

Yeah they are high set then. The most outward part is under zygo. I’ll still chew anyway, I don’t really care.

I just use extra gum which ironically is more expensive in the long run but it’s easier and less autistic to use and buy. Just make sure clenching doesn’t become a habit or it’s over.

u realise if he trains his masseters which are right below his zygo it will not make him look good regardless of bf
