gonna add eggs and i expect to not need any test vitamin supps anymore, i already dont use them most days of the week.

better in every single way imo from taste to nutrition, convenience etc. hard to go back to cooked through steaks after eating raw.

I only eat well done steaks, they are much tougher to chew and I prefer the taste and texture of well done steak.

Don't eat raw steak it's very unsafe at least cook the outside and eat it rare

eating totally raw meat seems disgusting, i mean there is so much bacteria on it plus its cold. there needs to be some kind of heat source to burn away all the germs.
