to be honest I dont feel sore. I do 2 sets of failure with a 15lb dumbbell(around <12 reps) but I know soreness doesnt mean shit in recoveryDo you feel recovered by the time you trainit again?
Thanks ive only been doing it for 2 weeks and see good results only a little thoughEvery other day should be fine. I personally train it 3 times a week Monday Wednesday Friday and I've been able to see a visible difference in how thick my neck is.
