I’ve decided to make my eyes perfectly symmetrical through surgery, which one do I change?

Yes people will tell me my eye area is terrible and I need to change everything, but for now I just want to make them both look exactly the same. Fixing the one on the right is a simple process that I have already got a consultation for (remove the extra skin fold above the eye) but idk which eye is better. And if I do decide to alter the left eye, is it even possible to add an extra fold to an eyelid?

Yeah bro im not trying to do all that. Im already getting a much needed rhinoplasty for my long ass nose and a genioplasty for my Andrew Tate tier chin. Maybe one day.

Ur htn, you'd be chadlite with hunter eyes, but u look Latino, I'd guess Brazilian if you live in Latin America it's not hard to get girls not as much as in the west so ur ok being htn

I'm not HTN bro. My smile is too gummy and my side profile is not good due to a long nose and under average chin that you cant notice from the front. Thankfully all that is getting fixed so I will be HTN soon.

It's very possible that your nose isn't long, just your face is undeveloped and recessed, many think a nose surgery would help them, when in reality they need a bimax - it's the ultimate surgery that moves the facial bones forward and improves the face in multiple ways - in your case the nose will look more balanced with the rest of the face and it will also improve the area under the eyes, you'll have better support there.

Multiple orthodontists and oral surgeons have told me that no one is going to perform jaw surgery on me and I had a hard time convincing this blue pilled oral surgeon that I need genioplasty so now I'm going to a surgeon in a different city that actually understands aesthetics.

Show your jawline first and to me your main flaw is you probably have a long midface

Compare your eyes area to his

You see how his face is wider and his eyes more close together, now I warn you don't press your eyes so they close up, he just has a wider midface

You actually need jaw surgery if your eye area looks like this.

You’re ashamed of your jaw and walk around with your chin up to try and fraud it bigger but this gives you that horrible UEE look.

If you look at people around you will see so much incorrect head posture caused by this cope because most people don’t have great jaw development.

if that’s the case then 99% of people have terrible head posture because I don’t see anybody walking around with a tucked chin. But I have no chin fat so I don’t raise my head either.
