Got fat, ugly, acne came back in, I don’t even shower anymore I shower like twice a week…

It’s been over for me, i’m done.

I had a period like this that lasted about 2 years, eventually you will overcome your emotional problems and exercise again

I lost about 10 kgs in the last 2 months.

Just walk with inner peace through the abyss, don't try to escape the process.

How do I start training and hustling again?

I have 4h a day, the rest I spend them on my job.

I couldn't recover from my descension, the damage was done. I haven't been taking care of myself the last years. As you age the more you're far from the prime looks.

Idk man, when I worked I didn't have energy for anything else, I trained 1 or 2 times a week maximum.

Train on the weekends, after passing a certain level of physical condition it is no longer necessary to train constantly every day

I wake up at 7, and get home at 17, I woke 8h but I have my lunch break and another break where I have to stay there at work.

You have to fight everyday
Sleep enough, cut phone usage and remove video games (if you had any)
Cold showers
CLEAN your room, should be almost empty
Sometimes I rot, sometimes I do things
I have a thesis for my school to do while I am working (internship for 6 months), pure qui fuel because my free time is now 100% allocated to that shit so I’m slaving all day

I think you don’t have « homework » when you come home, the only thing you can do for now is eat gym sleep skincare cleaning and repeat

between 7.40 and 8.20 but ideal for me would be 8.45
i wake up at 7.50 and commute at 8.30
i arrive at work at 9.10
30-40 min lunch break (i cheat a little)
i get the fuck out between 16.40 and 17.10 ( i need to stack my 7 hours so it can very)
i am home between 17h30 and 18h, it may be lower (17) if i wake up and go earlier
then i am tired and doesnt want to do shit so i eat asap
then i browse looksmax and dont do shit
then i go gym around 20h
come back at 22
evening routine finished at 23
in bed between 23 and 23;30

But now i have a fucking thesis that will shape my entire fucking future, must do it from start to finish in 28 fucking days i must do 30-40 pages its so over but at least i have done the maths part and gathered all documents so now i have to shit pages everyday, so i will do home workouts instead of going to the gym except maybe weekends and now i rot way less

You don't have time to be depressed, otherwises the deadlines will fuck you up
just go outside for a walk when you come home at 17h30 and you will realize you have still some time to do things actually
