1.5 years of leanmaxxing, mewing and 1 months of skincaremaxxing and I still look like a little bloated pimply untermensch at 65kg and 6'1, no changes in my skin, bones or facial leanness whatsoever from all this softmaxxing. And I can't get any lower it seems, no matter how hard I try. I am going to pay $200 AUD to get a consultation at a clinic called "Chelsea's Cosmetics" (I have to get this consultation before I can get any work done), and I think I am going to either get buccal fat removal for 4.5k or 4 ml 3 year long radiesse dermal filler face augmentation to the cheeks and jaw ($770/ml) as they recommended when I sent them pictures of my face. I sadly can't get bimax to fix my flat maxilla (I have basically no frontal cheekbone projection and a negative eye orbital) because it costs like $15k and I only have $7k in my account.

I am really scared of getting botched, can someone please give me advice about how I can avoid getting botched and if there's anything I should mention to the person during my consultation.

bro what are you talking about you look like you've never even hit the gym man. Also did you workout your jaw in the first place? It dosen't look like it man don't do surgeries when you haven't put the real work in

mewing = cope. it only helps for keeping good teeth health and not descending more ugly. It doesn't ascend no-one

ngl, that can take longer. And it for sure takes a few months, to find the perfect regime for ones own skin. And after that, it takes a few months, for it to fully ascend. skin, is constant work in progree or maintaining efforts

hardmaxxing can really ascend a person. BUT, softmaxxing first needs to be on point and consistent. Makes no sense to go hardmaxxing, when one sucks at softmaxxing still

I had similar journey to you with leanmaxxing, I still looked bloated with extremly skinny physique, I decided to give up on it and just bulkmaxx to grow my bones in case I can.

I know what I look like if my softmaxxing was on point (refer to the picture in the thread linked above; in that picture I used the bold glamour filter which cleared up my skin and thickened my eyebrows). I have realised even if I do manage to do all that I won't look amazing because of my long midface and my flat maxilla and my narrow jaw. I need to hardmaxx if I want to become htn or higher.

I ordered some squeezers 2 months ago but they never came ☹️ and I have tried to work on my traps by doing 3 sets 15 reps of neck lifts everyday but I don't get any growth
I think I have some sort of muscular disorder because I don't understand how my muscles aren't growing whatsoever

all that counts, is bodyfat percentage.
looking at that pic. I estimate you around the 15% bodyfat percenatge range. You would ascend in SMV significantly, with more muscle mass (never bulk and add fat). ideally you would also lose some fat. like 3% to 5% minimum. Having more muscle mass = more bruning of callories in rest = easier to diet/deficit callories.

learn, and trial and arror. is the only way, to get to good skincare rpoutine, when having sensitive/difficult skin

I don't think you have any muscular disorder, you just don't train efficiently.

So I recommend you for neck and traps this:

Traps:
Heavy day - you do 5 sets 5RM (rep max) of shrugs

Stretch day - you do 5 sets 8RM of shrugs, but you control eccentric movement (on the way down) for 5 sec. You can cheat concentric (up) to gain extra eccentric reps.

Pump day - you do 5 sets 60RM of shrugs. Use light weights but make sure you reach absolute failure. Fast reps. It's going to burn as hell. On the last 10 reps squeeze the muscle to gain that extra pump.

Additionally you can add farmer walks if you manage your recovery on point.
For traps you won't take rest days, so you go:
Heavy, Pump, Pump, Stretch, Heavy, Pump, Stretch

Neck:

So for neck you obviously can't go too heavy so you do:
Pump, Pump, Stretch, Pump, Pump, Stretch, Stretch
Don't go to failure
For neck you can do neck curls, neck extension etc. you can use plates or buy neck harness.

And for masseter muscles just order squeezers and train them hard (but not too much!!)

After 4 weeks you HAVE to get 1-2 weeks off gym completely, avoid any hard exercises. It's called nucleus overload.

Make sure to recover properly.

This HSP split is very effective for me, but if you want to do it for full body then don't exceed 3 days a week if your recovery isn't great.
