Glad to know it's all not for waste.

3 of them got significantly leaner with better mood, 1 more hasn't lost weight yet but I think he needs more time. He feels better mood though.

Overtime sugar and processed food cravings stop

Now, I look at anything that isn't fresh or meat as disgusting. My brother offered me some chips and I literally had no cravings. I'd rather just crack 2 eggs in my mouth and drink some milk.

Some meats like beef taste amazing if cooked rare, no seasoning need.

Chicken is a bit harder to make it work, lamb is still amazing.

Fatty cuts are the best.

I don’t hate on the vegan diet since I don’t give a shit about it and have never been a vegan. If people want to only eat plants and grains then they can go ahead and malnourish themselves.

Why u make stuff up? There is vitamin c but not enough for your diet if that’s all you’re consuming
When you are eating carbs vitamin c and glucose compete for uptake in the cell so on carnivore you need less vitamin c

The sheer financial cost of this is insane though. I can’t even imagine getting 2500 kcal a day or more just through meat.

I eat like a normal fucking healthy person and eat things that are Whole Foods and give me the proper vitamins and nutrition, including things that have fiber in it and carbs because the majority of the scientific health community agrees that fiber is important and so are carbs. Rn tbh I don’t even care about eating healthy cause I’m just on a mission to gain some BMI so I sneak in some pizza or Philly cheesesteaks. As long as I get proper nutrients and I’m not binging tho it’s not a big deal and as long as I’m balancing omega 3 and 6 etc

I can admit that people’s bodies may require things differently and different things can work for different people considering their health but these things have been rigorously tested and I do trust again the meta meme collection of scientific knowledge that’s been accumulated

Probably about a month or so of clean eating

It was gradual for me

From trying the diet in the first place, to having cheat meals once a day, to once a week, to a month etc.

Now I am eating fully clean and anything processed just doesn't register as food to me.

Surprisingly I'm on the opposite side of the spectrum

Very low despite eating a lot of meat and butter.
You gotta give it some time. I’ve been hammering down meat, dairy, and blood for months.
