Week 2 of my deficit finished yesterday. For week I was eating 2300kcal a day, but people on this site said I should bring it down more. So for week 2 I ate 2000kcal, and I feel great. No visible changes though, so I gotta keep going

You can not eat calories. And you lost 6 lbs of muscle, not fat.

I just go running
It's good for your core and your calves (if you run properly)

HIIT, you can find trainings of 10 minutes on YouTube.

By far the best cardio you'll ever do. Also, swimming is good.
