step by step through countless negative feedback. It's a painful process but ultimately worth it. I was severely bullied as a child, like beaten by multiple guys with bats, and that left me with diagnosed anxiety. I didn't have any friends for 5 years but I got some acquaintances 2 years before finishing school. You just gotta work up from there, but it's hard as fuck. Only trial and error will improve your social skills and only exposure therapy helps with anxiety.

I can understand that. But if you ever feel like trying to improve your social situation look at this blog, it's the best starting resource I have found, it covers basically everything basic but bodylanguage.
