itc honestly pisses me off when people do bullshit exercises or do bullshit things like potassium maxing or what you’re doing here is walking to quote-unquote de-bloat. This doesn’t do anything. It’s all cope and it’s all a placebo effect. Walking isn’t some magic fix for bloating—it’s just movement. Yes, light activity can help with digestion in some cases, but it’s not going to “flush out” bloat the way people think. Most bloating is caused by digestion, water retention, or gut irritation, and simply walking around isn’t addressing any of those root causes. People just feel like they’re doing something productive, so they convince themselves it’s working, but in reality, they’d probably feel the same after an hour or two of just sitting still and letting their body process things naturally. If bloating is an issue, the actual fix is looking at what you’re eating, how much fiber you’re getting, your hydration levels, and whether your gut is reacting to certain foods not pacing around and hoping it goes away.
