so today i was doing my hideous gymcell push workout and i was just spamming laterals after finishing on my chest
cuz shoulder width is law and after spamming shoulders for some time i had this nasty pump and when i was changing shirts after my workout cuz im a sweaty betty this jacked guy came up to me with his gf and asked me ''how old are you'' i said 14 and he said that i am doing well for my age and i looked insane and im gonna look like a beast when i grow up lol.
