You're the one coping bruh u think a good looking person can't be on here because you've convinced yourself when you're good looking everything is perfect and you have no problems. I have extreme OCD and don't touch things without gloves on and I isolate myself in my room. How would my looks benefit me at all when this is my lifestyle? They don't change how my mind works I am still mentally ill. I am gonna be therapymaxxing this upcoming January probably but who knows if that will help or not

Therapy for OCD has worked for some people because it's not just talking to someone they do a specific kind of therapy called exposure therapy. I don't overrate myself, I can tell because of the reactions I have gotten in the past from women
