Is this workout good for beginners? Should I train 4 times a week instead of 3? Should I rest less between sets?
 
do 6x push pull leg instead
 
I wouldnt trust anything from Jason Blaha tbh

All muscle groups 3 times a wk, upper body -lower body spilt, so 6 times a week, rest last day, best results
 
Dont take advice from someone who use juice and is still not "big"
