Jaw and neck cracking causing asymmetry and numbness

So I do have a bad habit of cracking my neck and jaw, and recently I’ve been slightly more numb on one side of my face. What could the cause be, maybe I did something to a nerve or something, or slight jaw displacement causing the feeling? There’s many factors that could go into it, but what could be a good test to detect the cause and fix it.
