problem with jaw implant is either you plant the angle under your original gonion and masseter, which gives great angle results but causes dehiscence and implant reveal in 99% of cases

either implant within masseters but most times it gives the width without any angularity.
But is it still the case with people at decent low bf like 12/15% ?

@RealSurgerymax
you admitted that is a concern for most guys who have dehiscence triyin to fix it, but whats your opinion on a within masseter implant + low BF ?

Of course you need to be low body fat for implants to look good, same as bones looking good.

yeah but the main point is this :
can the flared angles implant still appear angular if it stays within the masseter ( ofc if the person is under 15% BF)
if so, why wouldn't you recommanded that ?
thanks
