Jaw/chin implants (what would work best)

I heard silicon is pretty good. But my chin is alright on my end, it is just that my lips pass my chin. I'm pretty sure I'm recessed but I could be wrong. Plus I'm sure in the hell it's my jaw. Lmk if their is anyway to fix it (as in what implants/surgery would work best). Would deeply appreciate it
