I jaw Clenched for like a month straight until yesterday i got pain in my teet especailly in my under teeth.now im unsure what to do and are my teeth going to move im trying to do mewing correctly i knmow its cope but the tongue position is right i think but when i do the mewing my teeth lowkey hurt too.should i contuine mewing and im unsure how to get a better jaw and bones.
tips are welcome
