Jaw clenching

I started jaw clenching pretty often in pictures once I realized it improve my appearance and I’ve reached the point now where half of the time I do it subconsciously. Is this safe to do or will it cause issues later on

if your putting constant force on your back teeth overtime it would almost file them down as you would be grinding on them too, resulting in recession and other jaw complications
