Make sure you're getting enough k2, d3, calcium. It changes everything. I had no pain at all when I started doing that it was crazy.

Autistic nutrition people on twitter keep saying that raw dairy helps them come in straight naturally because of how minerally dense the food is. Specifically raw cheese they say. I gotta say I started doing that (eating raw dairy) and it did actually help. People often talk about pain etc but I had zero pain when they came through and I think they naturally started to straighten over time.

I think age is a factor though. If your bones are fully formed and you get them taken out after 25 then probably not. But if you're younger than 25 then I'd be surprised if your jaw didn't change over time.My jaw didn't change for shit when my 4 wisdom teeth came out
