some people were telling me jaw implants would suit me but i never seen good results, anyone got any good jaw implant results?

with jaw implants its very trick because if not done correctly you can get dehiscence, basically what dehiscence means is that your soft tissue(mostly masseteur) doesn't cover your jaw implant

so now you have couple of issues:

1/ you don't have a smooth contour, meaning your jaw implant its going to be exposed and give an awkward look in certain lights
2/ your masseteur sits on top of the implant, which is again not a good look
3/ you will have a generally bloated look as the muscle doesn't sits in the correct position overall

Jaw implants is a very hard procedure to be done correctly

Once you got it you cant really correct it, most likely it will get even worse. Its bigger chance to get dehiscence and after bimax for example when masseter muscles already been fucked with. So doing more procedure generally just makes it worse. And most of the time if you do vertical lengthening you will get it 100%. The important part is to shape the implant so the reveal dont look to bad basically.

Most of the time the position of the masseter dont change, its just if you vertiaclly lower it will have show under the muscle. Its about making the shape so reveal doesnt look to bad or just dont get it at all. I would only recommend to peeps with zero jaw from the beginning so you dont have much to lose

I thought medpor was way worse than peek. The only advantage that can also be a disadvantage. i guess its because integrates good with tissue which also makes it harder to remove

That’s how most surgeons rank them but all three are good since everything has a price especially titanium it’s very expensive Jew doctors pretty much have a monopoly on it especially in the USA medpor is cheaper and it’s widely available the con with medpor it’s hard to remove if you get an infection which is very rare

But the surgeon I recommend above makes you stay in Brazil for a week if nothing happens your set if you get an infection it’s easily removed since it’s not integrated yet

Could be a good thing depending on personal preference but the chances of getting an infection is never zero you could get an infection a decade later you never know

i was able to fix dehiscnece until Celal told me to open and brute force my mouth to open it at 2 fucking weeks post op. I think I tear the muscle and relapsed.

Celal is so clueless I swear
