Jaw : Seems like Fillers better than implants ?

What do you think about it in 2023 ?

in many cases implants are botched or barely smv improuvement.
Plus, paying 10k to 40k just to get few mm..sometimes i think it's ridiculous..

Fillers are around 500$ to 2000$, lasts about 18 months and give you those extra mm needed, plus you can see step by step the final result.
You can easily remove the filler if botched and redo it etc.

The only pb = every year you have to redo it before it collapse completly, and i don't know if it damages soft tissues overtime.

is there any other advantage for implant besides lasting forever ?
