man, that's just 1 surgeon, im sure if we do the same we could do the same we find some similar cases elsewhere . i was lurking found this indian surgeon his movements aren't extreme results are decent , but all were subhuman cases, look at his results, it could be more better but he proly chose the safer options

i just searched on google- top jaw surgeons in india,you could find many doing the same and im also indian myself, it isn't as bad as u think haha, im sure you could do the same and find more surgeons if u do the same upload it here im going to upload this one too

also what do u think about that surgeon, rameiri/raffaini is proly better if uve got the money, but with this one ull get like bimax for less an 3-4k dollars.i hadn't done deep research into him

Raffaini is somewhat overrated and is known to heavily edit photos, if you find real results on jaw surgery forums they're mostly just normal

I've already done jaw surgery so the best advice i can give you is stay away from any of the overhyped ones you see online. guerrilla marketing has gotten so good and when you consider how much some of these surgeons make it makes sense to spend $10-20k on marketing a month to boost your brand. if you influence one body dysmorphic person a month online to go with you thats 30k+ jfl

there was this goated surgeon talked abt in 2020 on org and other spaces online called Alfaro, literally 60k usd and he had so many people get botched based on his insane online presence and selective marketing

my recommendation is do heavy research on your location/country, find the best surgeons for YOUR specific case (do you need a downgraft? ccw? bone graft? etc) then consult with them all and get all their plans before making a decision. cross reference to similar before and after scans and maybe ask online to find the best plan out the 3
