• Treatment stopped due to poor elastic compliance
• 0 mm overjet (OJ)
• 0.5 mm overbite (OB)
• Left posterior open bite (Q2)
• Open bite ~3.5 mm at molars
• Restricted envelope of function
• Abnormal swallowing pattern
• Class II left
• Class III right
• Vertical elastics previously used for open bite closure
• Incisal wear of anterior teeth
• Midline discrepancy ~3 mm)
• Bruxism/grinding
• OIR/night splint for protection
• Element 23 root canal after orthodontic discoloration

The mandible is due to bruxism, probably need segmental lefort due to 35mm intermolar. These scans were made for custom infra-malar implants which I have a 3d resin model appointment for next month. Might add a genio too.

The current overjet is 0mm, they will need to move the maxilla more than the mandible.

The maxillary midline is slightly shifted to the left (1-2mm) the mandible in relation to maxilla is 3mm, zero upper lip show when smiling, giga uncanny

You are right I need decomp first, teeth on the mandible are tipped inward to compensate for 35mm intermolar on the maxilla.
