See the image below. Ignore the filthy skin and hair.
My current copes are:
A genioplasty sliding or alternatively a chinimplant is a given. This will most likely lead to a sharper jawline as well, as the skin and fat is pulled forward in the procedure.
As I've marked in the image, the overbite is not drastic, so bsso surgery is pointless as it can only move the lower jaw so much forward until the lower teeth are directly behind the upper teeth. The only way would be to make the mandible move so far forward as to create an underbite (this has never been done to my knowledge)
The reason is, that the maxilla has been artificially pulled backwards in my developmental years by my dentist. This made the overbite much less pronounced, on the other hand has created a very unattractive face.
FAGGA (no surgery, moves the teeth and hopefully also the bone above it (maxilla) forward) This would give some space for a potential bsso if the mandible is not following the forward growth automatically. The FAGGA procedure can create elongated faces if the upper teeth are facing downwards instead of forward, which is often the case for mouthbreathers. But in my case, weirdly enough, the teeth are lined along the blue line, which shows no downward sloping whatsoever So if the procedure would work, then the maxilla would move forward.
There are tons of additional aesthetic procedures and methods, that I will likely do, but without fixing the jaw, they are somewhat pointless. I will experiment with high doses of hgh plus peptides to induce potential acromegaly. There has been a study, where gh has been injected directly into the jaws of mice or rats, but the results were sadly inconclusive.
