Jaw surgery is my last chance or it's over

Ok so I'm getting jaw surgery with mandible advancement + ccw + chin height reduction and advancement + lefort 1 impaction 5mm + septoplasty

This shit is basically my last fucking chance and I'm aiming to ascend just like those guys did below:

I'm based in France and I'm lucky enough to have a reputable one in my area (among the top 5 maxillo service in my country), he's not into marketing and stuff so this surgeon's online presence is close to 0 unfortunately but i've seen his patients results and its legit

yea im already into braces for like 1 and half year, nearing completion after getting freaking 8 teeths removed (premolars + wisdom) it's over at this stage for me there is no going back lmao.

Fortunately, the extractions didn't impact my facial structure much since I already was a grown adult, it was a requirement anyway

+ it couldn't really get much worse since I have long face, gummy smile (mid face ratio out of whack should get fixed), recessed chin/mandible area + lip incompetence

No way It could get worse than this

btw all this is from mouth breathing and poor oral posture during childhood, this shit sucks..

Who's your surgeon ? I met almost all the maxfac surgeons in Paris and no one is at the level of what you can find abroad.

in my country it's fully covered so I get the surgery for free as long as its not done solely for aesthetics

im lucky man. I could have had the money for it tho but it would have been a significant investment and it only adds up to the stress in the event the surgery fails.
