Lets say you have a recessed mandible and flat maxilla and a norwood 2. Which operation would you go for. Pick one

Idk it depends on your face tbh, but you probably look like a pedo without hair.

Jaw surgery if it could make you at least above average.

Jaw surgery can improve function as well as looks, so there are generally more benefits, unless you sleep perfectly, have perfect nasal breathing, and have a perfect bite. More prominent jaws will also make you more likely to pull off the shaved head look if you ever decide to go that route.

Waiting a bit on the hair transplant will give you more info on the effectiveness of fin and minox for you, allowing you to better evaluate what kind of hairline you can realistically shoot for and maintain. Hairlines are also designed to suit the face, at least with good surgeons. It's possible that jaw surgery would change this.

I will go for the jaw surgery since a full head of hair on a recessed face still is incel unlike a good face but balding. Hits hard but at least you get something
