I got a bad overbite and recessed chin (recessed jaw) which is why i will get a bimax. i moved my chin forwards in this pic. is this accurate to what i will look like after?
I got both sleep apne and breathing issues, my jaw is uncomfortable 24/7 im posting this thread bc I need your help

Have you gotten any sort of jaw surgery to fix your bite? price covered bc health issue? im aksing this coz i lwk dont even know if ill get jaw surgery, i mean surely right, sleep apne and breathing issues.. ye im not gonna lie im really nervous about all of this. i have an appointment in 8 days and will talk about all my issues and tell them i want surgery and not that stupid elastic stuff. I wanna know my chances of getting this surgery.
