I am aware that leforts,trimax,bimax can all change ur face and very much ascend you but ur face is fucked snd swollen for like a year that sucks and also the cost if fucking obserd in ny opinion unless ur majorly reccesed geneoplasty and implants are better

cost is usually covered by insurance

geneoplasty and implants wont help with maxillary recession

If you get custom PEEK implants and don't overdo it, then the implants won't look uncanny. Look at facemetric's YT channel, he ascended his jaw and it looks totally natural
