It might seem like a stupid question, but are jaw trainers cope or do they actually work ? Because I have heard that they are really good to get a wider jaw and bigonial width

they work if u have bad gonions it makes ur jaw appear less narrow. I never used a jaw trainer tho so lmk how it goes

Yes it works but I wouldn't use plastic jaw trainers ur just swallowing microplastics just chew falim

Tomorrow I'm going to order some really cheap jaw trainers that I found on decathlon and I'm also going to start neck training, I will do exercises like neck curls, these are going to be my initial softmaxes, and I'm going to let you know how it goes

Get falim gum like the guy above said, there is a guide on here on how to train your jaw by chewing properly, highly recommend to check that out
