Probably silicone just in case I’m not happy with the dimensions I can get removed or modified safely , if I like the dimensions will swap the implant with a better material like titanium or peek

Yes, your lower maxilla looks slightly recessed as well as upper maxilla being recessed. You have the same problem as me. Your lower maxilla isn't bad, assumingly because of orthodontics, but your upper maxilla is recessed resulting in under eye hollowness, big droopy nose, and flat face.

Only solution is bimax + mlf3/implants as far as I know.
