It depends but i would say implants for a medium narrow jaw

Depends what you mean by narrow.

Narrow might be that your lower jaw is just too far back creating the illusion of it being narrow — in that case, jaw surgery.

Or it could genuinely be narrow in relation to zygomas in which case jaw surgery won’t do a ton, and you’re best off getting jaw angle implants or filler, those are really the only two standard options on the mass market.
