thats literally exactly what i’ve been doing haha make sure u do chin tucks properly and ive been chewing gum with premolars evenly on both sides (or chew more on less dominant side) for 1-2 hours a day also doing the same when i eat idk if chewing with premolars makes a difference vs chewing with back molars but worth a shot
