Sup yall. Almost a year ago my body fat percebtage was significantly lower than now and as a result I had a better jawline, not super crazy but defined. However now I don’t have jawline at all due to eating more calories during winter. I am lowering the calories in my food and doing exercises to avoid losing muscle (I am only targeting fat) I wanted to recover my low body fat percentage by june. I thought about starvemaxxing but that will make me lose muscle and I can’t afford that as I said earlier. Any tips to make it faster. I want my jaw back asap.
