He got a genioplasty.

Maybe cheek implants would have helped but I really havent seen a good result from those.

I dont think any surgery can fix his face tbh. Some faces are just not fixable with our current technology.

He did get genio for chin and implants for cheeks according to op. Still brutal though. Would have needed lefort 1, 2 and 3 tbh.
