I’m not very experienced in the gym at all and am wondering if this is a good routine cause I have no idea what I’m doing except over 10 reps is bad now or something

getting massive legs aren't necessary if you're trying to appeal to females, just get strong legs through sprinting and what not don't waste your time if it's not your main goalYeah I forgot to say I don’t hit legs I js try to play basketball or walk to do cardio instead
Yeah that’s what I’m thinking no one rlly cares about your legs and I’m also js trying to look better get mobile for sports aswellgetting massive legs aren't necessary if you're trying to appeal to females, just get strong legs through sprinting and what not don't waste your time if it's not your main goal
I mean skull crushers curls and tricep push downs are part of the routine tho but why do science based lifters get so much cause I see people say shi abt it alotNot gonna get into it deep but I'll save you time.
Never listen to any "science based lifter".
Do compounds. General rule the more uncomfortable (not pain) the better.
BP, Overhead Press, Squats, Dips, Pull-Ups, Rows.
For iso you can add in what you like. Skull crushers, curls, tricep pulldowns etc but focus is on compounds.

I agree about compounds but in my opinion, the biggest problem with science based lifters is not their adviceNot gonna get into it deep but I'll save you time.

I don’t hit legs I do cardio instead like walk or play basketballPpl has too much volume imo, most influencers pushed it who also happen to be on roids, if you train hard natty it's almost impossible to train with high intensity 6 days a week
Eventually you will start to look odd tho i noticed that for good balance between upper and lower body decent sized calves are very important. Don’t forget to do your calves raises it doesn’t take much timeYeah

Real I train natty and made my own plan 6 days per weekPpl has too much volume imo, most influencers pushed it who also happen to be on roids, if you train hard natty it's almost impossible to train with high intensity 6 days a week
Another fellow natty comrade, mirin it's almost getting rare these daysBut almost every week my body is just too tired, so I almost always miss a day or two, so in the end, it's 5 times per week
They're snake oil salesmen. They claim to have magic exercises that build you muscle much quicker. Jeff Nippard is a good example of that. He briefly admitted that most of his chest gains are thanks to BP. However in his, bext chest exercises video, he'll tell you to use some machine or do cable flies and puts bench press at B tier or something. It's the same thing with maingaining and other magical ways to gain muscle without getting fat. You're better of bulking strong normally and cutting than half bulking and wasting your time gaining little muscle.I mean skull crushers curls and tricep push downs are part of the routine tho but why do science based lifters get so much cause I see people say shi abt it alot
Doesn’t creatine cause hair loss idk if it would be worth it I’m nothing without my hairThey're snake oil salesmen. They claim to have magic exercises that build you muscle much quicker. I don't have routine for you. It sounds you're a novice. Anything you do is good.
Ask GPT for a upper lower split. Tell him you're beginner and wanna focus on compounds. You can leave deadlift out in the beginning unless you have a friend that's experienced in the gym.
Try get in the habit of going to the gym 4 times a week. If you miss a day that's fine it happens.
If you focus on form, compounds, progressively overload, train almost to failure, then you can be at peace with yourself because you know you're doing everything you possibly could to grow. Supplement creatine.
It doesn't but you don't have to use it if you don't want to.Doesn’t creatine cause hair loss idk if it would be worth it I’m nothing without my hair![]()
real, just hurt mine (mildly but could easily get worse) from going too heavy on dumbell curls, now have to take 3 days to a week off minimum. Injuries are no joke, and suckRule #1 is keep your shoulders healthy
