I slept for 6 hours today. Just randomly got dropped like a dead body after I took them wtf. I am a light sleeper and have had sleeping issues in the past but after taking them Im knocked out cold. Just woke up from a 3 hour now by my gf bringing me some brownies and hot chocolate. Which felt good in this cold weather. I've literally done nothing today but sleep, are goyslop, watch TV, play games and doom scrolling. @Swarthy Knight you are right. Once you are on these apps you dont know the time.
