In some cases there's internal favoritism in between themselves too. Like they only hire specifically Chinese guys or Tamil guys etc. I am not completely against it. Obviously for CXO positions with the job of coordinating stuff and having access to company secrets need to be people they can trust but they could still give the lower level employees a chance but they generally don't. Around Seattle, I've seen entire teams made up of people from the same family or community. It's kind of wild.
