Nutrition matters far more for muscle growth than science-based lifters would have you believe. And studies like this legitimately make me angry that they're not talked about more. You see, this whole "if it fits your macros" lifestyle to go along with training is just outdated. And if you're not specifically focused on stuff within those macros when it comes to your training and your overall health, you are behind the eight ball.

And you guys know that I've been big on Omega 3's for a long time. And yes, this is just one individual study, but when you see differences like this consistently across a ton of different markers, I just don't understand how you could possibly come away with the conclusion that, "meh, won't think too hard about it." No, you should be thinking about it!

So please, for the love of everything, if you're in the science-based lifting community, stop downplaying the role of nutrition outside of just your protein and calorie intake. Please, for my sake, and for the credibility of the entire science-based lifting community.

Nutrients obviously matter for blood markers. No shit that supplementing Omega 3 is going to improve your lipids. That's why supplements exist you room temperature IQ retard.

I view it as you know Water is good by itself but add electrolytes it’s way better. Same with supplements. Most know but it matters far more. A multivitamin can’t compare to a fish oil. And many users here follow macro are macros when micro-nutrients are equally as important

Nutrition is most definitely not that importan. Eat carbs eat protein eat fat according to your goals and don’t eat much processed food and you’re good.

It is very important you’re just leaving gains on the table at that point? Keep in mind that is for more experienced lifters. So every thing matters. Which it doesn’t mean never eat anything bad. But supp fish oil and keep ur micronutrients in check. Those are the ones that keep your hormones good.

Actually, the chemical reactions in the process create the EXACT same molecules of nutrients in food, which we know exist in the first place because we see it, it's called like, basic chemistry sweetie, educate yourself
