I've been doing 20 minutes of jump rope everyday now and slowly increasing it every day.

I was told you can't build muscle without calorie surplus. I'm an ectomoeph and have high metabolism. Never been fat despite eating shit all day and night.

I skip leg day also. I think cardio is pointless for my face.
 
HIIT also lengthens telomeres - telomeres shortening is one of the primary causes of ageing. If you want to Chuando Tan maxx then HIIT is essential.

Awesome post my man. Your getting me motivated to get up off my fat ass right now. When I was in "great" shape I felt so damn good physically. It's priceless. Really. And yeah, the muscle will be fine. Short time intervals going balls out if you want over the course of the day will get the job done. You get that sexual confidence. Feel alive. Your psyching me up! 10-20 minutes a damn day and if you eat within reason and correct.. 1 month your losing 15lbs legit.

Seriously - when I was fatter I used to look in the mirror and feel bad about myself - now Ill catch a glimpse of myself and be like damn I look fucking good I am the man and my spirit lifts etc.
 
I started doing 10k run in the morning this week and it feels great. I finished the run exactly at 1 hour 2 minutes and 48 seconds which is almost 5 minutes lower than what I did yesterday
