The general consensus is to train for 3-10yrs natty and then start taking gear which is comedy
Think about all of the height, bone mass, and dick gains you could be missing out by not taking gear at a younger age as a opposed to taking it in ur late 20s or early 30s when ur mostly likely an expired NW5 collagencel that JBs would run away from
Obviously don’t start taking tren when ur 14 but. Once u start approaching 16/17ish, you should consider a light enhancement protocol. Maybe low dose MK677 and enclomaphine with aromasin (I’d only consider enclomaphene if u have subhuman t levels, but if not just stick to low dose mk677 (with berberine and p5p ofc) and aromasin with the basics like exercise, diet, and sleep)
