IDK with young guys, it is a bit different. But also my reality is skewed because so many of my friends are so good looking. But if you are attractive ie top 20% of young Caucasians, a lot of how you do is up to you, whereas if you are the top 1-5% of young whites you really don't need to worry about effort because snapchat, parties, alcohol and instagram exist. This holds true to what I observe in reality.

The 20/80 rule is just some bullshit number that comes from the pareto principle. It's just some cool lingo or some shit that made the redpill seem cool by co opting a pre existing concept from somewhere else.
