JFL if you believe in modern day dietians telling you to not eat this and not eat that and ultimately starving yourself, especially during young and puberty when you are growing and you need to be eating shit loads of meat, calories, and vegetables.

JFL if you think cholesterol are bad, cholesterol is good. Mofos try to scare you away from eating cholestrerol from eggs and meat by saying it can give you a stroke and all sort of other bs. The bad cholestroel comes from cookies, sweets, cakes and all sorts of other processed shits.

Cholesterol in eggs and red meat ARE GOOD, JFL if you aren't eating at least 2 eggs a day.

Also Carbs Are GOOD, IF, You eat UNPROCESSED COMPLEX CARBS.
MOfos try to scare you from eating everything by saying they can give you blood sugar spike and make you fat n shit.

Also DAIRY can be good and bad depending on your age and ethnicity. If you are under 16 its good for you, over then the costs outweigh the benefits. If you are anything other than white, specifically nordic or germanic, THEN DAIRY IS BAD FOR YOU

Also veganism and vegetarianism is the most retarded meme i have ever witnessed. Every single vegan, vegetarian i see IRL is either a twig, manlet, or have small feet and hands and a high pitched voice. Humans are Omnivore by biology, we are supposed to be eating meat and animals along with plants, even if that means the meat today isn't real meat and its injected w/ all sorts of chemicals and hormones, We still need them

I can confirm. I tried to be vegan for 1 year and it was a horrible experience, I got diarrhea all the time and painful stomach cramps that felt like I was being repeatedly stabbed with a knife. I also felt weak in the gym and I couldn't make any progress and I was eating enough but only gaining fat, no muscle mass. Ever since I went back to eating meat and eggs at the beginning of this year I feel way better. I used to be a Vegan Gains fanboy before I became a vegan and it was because of him and other vegan liars that I made this mistake.

It took me a while but I found out also that I am not able to digest milk properly so when I drink even just one glass of milk, I get lots of uncomfortable gas and fart for the whole day. I remember that as a kid, I would get diarrhea from eating ice cream but I thought that it was because ice cream was unhealthy not because I was allergic to milk because when I ate pancakes I was fine, this is because I can tolerate tiny amounts of milk but I can't tolerate lots of milk. And I remember that every time I stopped eating ice cream, the diarrhea went away.
