I really feel like job interviews are some of the most stressful and soul crushing things we all basically have to go through

You compete with hundreds of different people for the same role, with no guarantee for employment. Most companies don’t even bother to send a rejection email. They just straight up ghost you

Even if you get the first round of interviews, you still have to go through all the bullshit, etc

Repeated rejections and ghosting makes you feel unwanted and unworthy. Feels like shit tbh
