Trump asked about it from the doctors, because one of his officials had said sunlight and disinfectants kill the virus. He understood it the wrong way, but yeah it was kinda dumb. But he wasn't presenting it as a cure, just asking the doctors.

"And then I see the disinfectant where it knocks it out in a minute. One minute. And is there a way we can do something like that, by injection inside or almost a cleaning?''
