PUFAs shorten your lifespan and age you faster



The rules are very simple:

1. You can eat whatever you like, and however much you like, as long your total PUFA is 5 grams or less at the end of each day, according to Cronometer.

2. You must weigh your food to ensure that your data is accurate.

3. Once you go over 5 grams in a day, you are out and can no longer earn points. Each day you don’t go over 5 grams you gain 10 points.

3. Each day you get under 5 grams of PUFA, you get one bonus point for each 0.1 grams under.

Step 2: Get a scale that measures grams


Here’s my advice: Don’t eat any meat besides beef, cook using coconut oil or butter, don’t eat nuts except for macadamia nuts, eat low fat foods unless those foods are very low in PUFA, like coconut.

I started this challenge today, and my PUFA totaled to 4.6 grams. I ate 153.2 grams of fat today and 3233 calories. And I weighed absolutely everything, so it’s precise to the gram. Let’s see how many points I will earn!

Starvemaxxing only option..
You’d get an insane amount of points if you did a fast

Unfortunately I just did a 113 hour fast so I won’t fast until I wait for some time

This is my standard breakfast for example

Eat scallops, haddock, venison, beef for meat

Eat coconut, macadamias, beef, chocolate, butter for fat

Fruits and starch like roots and white rice are really low in pufa
