yes, but that wasn't the point, the point was that his frame wasn't that good and neither is his ability to build or hold on to size, most people here could do this, maybe not naturally, but they're capable of it.

My hips were probably more wider than my shoulders when I started gym and you know how my frame is rn. Jfl it's all about genetics and bones

Some ppl will never achieve v taper no matter how good or how bad is their started point. Ppl skinnier with better started point normally end looking average just shredded with any kinda of aesthetic pleasent figure like Skywalker

When he was taking tren, he looked great in my opinion. Anyone can get a good physique even with crap genetics. At that point, the main thing is how much roids your body can take.

Literally no. Some ppl have giga shit genes and looks ogre and like shit even frauding hard and all that is about how your body looks not how much muscle do you have
 
he's only around 200lbs, doesn't cycle just blasts and cruises, has probably used just about every compound that exists at some point.

I have some things going for me genetically but my base wasn't that great, I have fairly long clavicles but an extremely narrow rib-cage.

Top 20 percent genetics isn’t that elite or rare. You won’t get a top body even with top 20 percent genes unless you add gear. You need top one percent natural genetics to look wow as a natty. Most people aren’t meant to have huge 3d delts and 18 inch arms.

I barely train now I cope with Chad lifestyle even when I'm not Chad. I need to gymmax again since I drinked all last week and now I look like shit imo

Need to peak again and stop coping with muh hollow cheeks gotta get that maingain shit to gain muscle and lose fat

I’m talking about muscle building genetics, not frame or insertions. Nearly anyone can prime their body to build lots of muscle by raping the androgen receptors. Just depends on the dosage.


For some people 500mg plus a bit of var is enough. Others need grams of gear. At that point it isn’t worth it tbh because you will probably get a heart attack.

Yeah he looks better. The main issue isn’t the hips tbh, it’s his tiny scapula and clavicle. If it was double the size, he will look really good.
Also his neck is too little

Even Thurston has a mediocre ratio. His chest really helps him though.

It’s not that great considering all the roids he’s taking, but you will almost certainly always get compliments waking around due to muscle size.

Large shoulders to waist ratio just gets you the, damn you’ve got broad shoulders. It’s very hard to find good fitting clothes too as it’s baggy at the waist/hips.
