if u wanna go carnivore without fuckin ur guts up heres the deal

before u start:
- eat more fatty meats get ur body used to it
- drink bone broth its good for ur gut n shit + collagen lol
- salt everything dont be scared of it, no more worrying for muh bloat bcuz 0 carbs

when ur full carnivore:
- ribeyes are the shit eat em
- ground beef 80/20 is ur new staple food
- organs are nasty but theyre good for u eat em
- whole eggs not that weak ass egg white crap

tips:
- dont be scared of fat thats where the energy is
- if ur guts actin up go slow
- electrolytes are important dont forget em
- drink water or ull feel like shit and you’ll have digestive issues

might feel like ass at first but stick with it

What will the issues be?
from experience, if you were used to eating goyslop carb sugar bomb food, the first few weeks of transitioning will make your gut feel like shit, you’ll be constipated/you’ll have an upset stomach, all different kinds of digestive issues.

arguable, I do agree with you though.

pros of carnivore (from what I’ve researched)
- can help with weight loss for some ppl
- might improve mental clarity and energy for some
- can help with autoimmune issues and inflammation for some
- high in protein which is good for muscle
- simple af to follow, no counting calories

cons:
- can fuck with ur gut microbiome
- might lead to nutrient deficiencies if u dont eat organ meats (specific macros)
- might mess with hormones and thyroid function (proved to do so, short term)
- can cause constipation cuz no fiber (have fun killing your liver with laxatives jfl)
- we dont know long term effects cuz no real studies.

bottom line:
- works great for some ppl, especially short term
- might be risky long term, we just dont know
- not for everyone, especially if u got heart issues or high cholesterol
- if u try it, do it right with organ meats and shit, not just steak
- get bloodwork done to check ur levels of T
- listen to ur body, if it feels like shit, maybe its not for u :hnghn:, maybe hop on a balanced diet which has moderate carbs, sugar, protein (I’d say the best option if you experience these symptoms)
